圣母主教座堂（法文：Cathédrale Notre-Dame, 荷兰語：Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal）是比利时最富重要性的建筑纪念物之一。它被列入世界遗产名录。

自6世纪晚期起，图尔奈已有以其为中心的教区。该建筑紧邻穿图尔奈城中心线而过的斯海尔德河南岸，居高临下，用当地蓝-灰石料建造。自12世纪起，在更古老的基础上，该建筑融合了三个带来引人瞩目效果的设计期的工作。沉重且肃穆的罗曼式中殿与属于过渡期作品的耳堂以及充分发展的哥特式诗班席形成了强烈的对比。耳堂是该建筑最特别的部分，集中了5个钟楼以及半圆形后殿末端。(http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/圣母主教座堂_(图尔奈)

耳堂(Transept)两翼建于12世纪中期左右，具有半圆形中殿的末端，此特点完全是借鉴于某些莱茵兰教堂，后者的影响似乎远及法国东北部，例如努瓦永和苏瓦松。耳堂两翼的方塔达到了83米高。它们在细部有所不同，增强它们的骑楼部分有些是圆拱的而有些则是哥特式的。(http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/圣母主教座堂_(图尔奈)

今年三月去了一趟，很遗憾没有找到前几年发行的此教堂邮票，只买了几张明信片，寄了几张教堂的明信片。而且邮局都是人（不是寄邮件，而是付账什么的），也就没有去排队，只有等下次了。

The Byzantine cross, covered with thick pieces of gold, pearls and precious stones, is said to have been a gift to the cathedral, given in 1205 by a crusader freshly returned from the sacking of Constantinople the previous year. It bears a crystal through which one can see a tiny fragment of what is said to be the cross on which Christ was crucified. 图尔奈钟楼
The belfry (French: beffroi) of Tournai, Belgium, is a freestanding bell tower of medieval origin, 72 meters in height with a 256-step stair. This landmark building is one of a set of belfries of Belgium and France registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Construction of the belfry began around 1188 when King Philip Augustus of France granted Tournai its town charter, conferring among other privileges the right to mount a communal bell to ring out signals to the townsfolk. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belfry_of_Tournai)
