During the 17th and 18th centuries, many mills were erected. They
were used to grind wheat, press grapes, help the locals determine the
direction of the wind or crush fibers and other materials for Parisian
factories. Of all the windmills atop the hill, only two remain today.
The Radet (83, Rue Lepic) and the Blute–Fin (now part of an
Italian/French restaurant located on the corner of Rue Girardon) are
the sole survivors, which collectively form the grounds of the
legendary Moulin de la Galette, known for its illustrious ball
immortalized by Renoir’s painting “Bal du Moulin de la Galette)”.

今天只有两个风车在 Radet（83，Rue Lepic）和 Blute-Fin（现在位于Rue Girardon角落的意大利/法国餐厅的一部分）是唯一的幸存者，它们共同形成传说中煎餅磨坊的位置。

红磨坊（法语：Moulin rouge），位于法國巴黎十八区皮加勒红灯区，靠近蒙马特，是建于1889年的一个酒吧。(zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/红磨坊)
这邮票上的风车不是红磨坊屋顶上仿造的红风车。
