<>分解开来读吧，纪念建筑、风景、场所所在的“地方”，这是唯一的一个“地方”（的邮局）。</P>
<>如果这个“地方”没有邮局，选为这个地方服务的邮局或者最近局。</P>
<>说说我的理解，比如这个纪念建筑内有邮局，或者它坐落的地点是个广场什么的，广场上刚好有这么一个邮局，或者风景区内有邮局，或者这个场所内有邮局。选之唯一。这个“所在地”既不能理解为服务局，也不能简单理解为“最近局”，否则没必要单独提后两个。</P>
<>故宫所已经不在了。一大会址并无邮局。按它的文字表述，既然唯一性不在了，当然“服务局”、“最近局”都符合要求。如果要说哪个更好，这仅仅是个人偏好和认知的问题啦。</P>
